4. Products and Listings

  • We make every reasonable effort to display product details, descriptions, colours, sizes, and images accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, photography, or manufacturer changes.
  • All products are subject to availability. Listing a product on the Website does not guarantee its availability at all times.
  • We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per customer, per household, or per order.
  • We strive to sell only 100% authentic, genuine products sourced from verified vendors. Should you have any concern about authenticity, please contact us immediately.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices on the Website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without prior notice.
  • In the event of a pricing error, typographical mistake, or technical glitch, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order, even after order confirmation.
  • We accept multiple payment methods including Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, and Debit/Credit Cards (where available). All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

6. Order Acceptance and Confirmation

  • Placing an order on Adlo.pk constitutes an offer to purchase, not a binding contract.
  • We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, incomplete information, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.
  • A binding contract is formed only once the order has been confirmed by Adlo.pk and dispatched for delivery.
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email, SMS, or phone call. Our team may verify the order before dispatch.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan to all major cities and towns. Free delivery is offered on orders above Rs. 5,000; orders below this threshold may incur a nominal delivery fee.
  • Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on location and product availability. Remote areas may require additional time.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Adlo.pk shall not be liable for any delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays, lockdowns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
  • It is the Customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information. We are not responsible for non-delivery, delayed delivery, or wrong delivery resulting from incorrect details.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for products that are damaged, defective, expired, or different from what was ordered.
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Certain items are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons, including but not limited to: opened cosmetics and personal care items, innerwear, swimwear, food and grocery items once opened, and items marked "Final Sale."
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds may be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, per the customer's preference.
  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but returns may still be requested.

9. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
