At Adlo.pk, we understand that getting your order safely and on time is just as important as the product itself. That's why we've partnered with reliable courier services across Pakistan to make sure your purchases arrive at your doorstep — quickly, securely, and hassle-free.

Below you'll find everything you need to know about our delivery process.


Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including:

  • Major Cities: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, and more.
  • Smaller Cities, Towns & Rural Areas: We cover hundreds of locations across all four provinces, Azad Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan.

Delivery Timeframes

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (see "Delivery Delays" below).


Order Processing

Here's what happens after you place an order:

  1. Order Received — You'll receive an instant confirmation via SMS or email.
  2. Order Verification — Our team may call you to verify the order, especially for Cash on Delivery (COD).
  3. Order Packed — Once confirmed, your items are picked, packed, and quality-checked at our warehouse.
  4. Order Dispatched — Your package is handed over to our courier partner, usually within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  5. Out for Delivery — The courier will contact you on the phone number you provided before delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you can track it through any of the following:

  • Your Account: Log in to Adlo.pk and visit Order History to see the latest status.
  • SMS / Email: We'll send you tracking details (and a tracking number, where applicable) once your parcel is on its way.
  • Customer Support: Call us at +92 301 2465538 and we'll happily check the status for you.

Receiving Your Order

When the courier arrives:

  • Please inspect the package for any visible signs of damage before accepting it.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please have the exact amount ready in cash.
  • A valid CNIC or government-issued ID may be requested for high-value orders.
  • If someone else is receiving the order on your behalf, please inform them in advance.

Once you accept the parcel and the courier leaves, the order is considered successfully delivered.


Missed Deliveries

If you're not available when the courier attempts delivery:

  1. The courier will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times based on their internal policy.
  2. They will typically contact you on the registered phone number to reschedule.
  3. If the parcel remains undelivered after all attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse.

To avoid missed deliveries, please:

  • Provide a complete and accurate address.
  • Share a working phone number that you (or someone at the address) can answer.
  • Let us know in advance if you'd like delivery at a specific time or date.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Public holidays, Eid, and long weekends
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Courier service disruptions or strikes
  • Lockdowns, road closures, or political situations
  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses
  • Unreachable customers

Adlo.pk shall not be held liable for delays caused by such events. However, we'll always keep you informed and do everything we can to resolve issues as quickly as possible.


Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing items, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the parcel and the item(s) before unboxing further, if possible.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery by calling +92 301 2465538 or through our Contact page.
  3. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as per our Return Policy.


Bulk & Corporate Orders

For large quantity orders, corporate purchases, or wholesale enquiries, please contact us directly at +92 301 2465538. We can offer:

  • Priority dispatch

Perishable & Fragile Items

For groceries, perishables, and fragile items:

  • We use insulated packaging for temperature-sensitive products where required.
  • Fragile items are wrapped in protective material for safe transit.
  • We recommend being available at the time of delivery for these orders to ensure freshness and product integrity.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by:

  • Messaging us through our Contact page.

Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible — but you may still return the item(s) under our standard Return Policy.
